MCC Gel, whick is a complex product of carboxymethylation of microcrystalline cellulose, forms a thixotropic gel in wate and acts as a suspending agent and stabilizer in suspension systems.
In food industry, it is widely used in milk beverage, vegetable protein beverages, solid instant beverages, coffee, sauces. Etc. Have good stability, emulsification, and dispersion, can prevent precipitation of water-insoluble solids and prevent fats from floating.
For pharmaceutical industry, is widely used in mixture, liniment lotion, ointment etc.
